How We Make Money
Transparency matters. Here's how MyMed360 earns revenue — and what it means for you.
MyMed360 is a free resource for comparing Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans. We believe everyone deserves access to clear, unbiased information about their Medicare options — without paying a dime for it.
To keep the site free, we earn money when we connect you with licensed insurance agents. Here's how that works and — just as importantly — what it does not affect.
Referral fees
When you use our recommendation tool and choose to connect with a licensed insurance agent, we may receive a referral fee from the agent or agency. This is the primary way MyMed360 generates revenue.
You are never charged for using MyMed360. The referral fee is paid by the agent or agency — not by you. Your plan premiums are the same whether you find the plan through MyMed360 or anywhere else.
Our rankings are never for sale
Referral fees do not influence which plans we recommend, how we rank them, or the scores we assign. Our recommendation engine is driven entirely by publicly available data — rate filings, loss ratios, AM Best financial ratings, and plan benefit structures.
No carrier or agent can pay for a higher ranking or a more favorable recommendation. Period.
What you get for free
Every feature on MyMed360 is available to you at no cost:
- Personalized plan recommendations based on your state, age, and priorities
- Side-by-side plan comparisons with benefit details
- Carrier financial strength ratings and rate stability data
- Educational guides on Medicare Supplement enrollment, timing, and plan selection
You can use every tool on the site without providing any personal contact information. We only ask for your details if you choose to connect with an agent.
Why we disclose this
Medicare decisions are important. You deserve to know whether the information you're reading is influenced by financial incentives. At MyMed360, the answer is simple: it isn't.
We publish this disclosure because transparency builds trust — and trust is the only thing that makes a recommendation site worth visiting.
